Before your tattoo appointment you will pay a non refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is priced at £45 per 30min slot and will be due at the completion of each session. Your deposit will be deducted from your payment once your tattoo is complete unless you have failed to attend your appointment without an agreed reschedule.

You will be asked to pay your deposit via transfer to our bussiness banking. Your remaining payments at your appointment may be made via direct transfer or cash.

Please make sure to bring an up to date ID to your appointment. To rebook your tattoo appointment please allow atleast 72 hours notice,  please also be aware rebooking your slot is entirely at your artists discretion . Your tattoo time slot starts at the time agreed at your booking, so make sure you aim to be on time.

Very rarely, a tattoo will not heal perfectly. Due to the difficulties in assessing why a tattoo doesn’t heal ideally,

Our company policy is that we will do touch up work at a reduced 50% rate to cover the artists time and costs.

Complete Reduction of payments / refunds are limited to a recorded failure by the artist during your proceedure that is noted by the client and artist alike at the point of inspection when your tattoo is completed, in the unlikely event this occures please make sure this is documented in writing prior to any final payment. It is important to follow the aftercare instructions provided below to help create the best chance of your tattoo thriving with beautiful vibrant colours.

We’ve made a helpful list of the most common errors when healing your tattoo Below… to help you keep your new ink healthy these include but are not limited to,

Water damage,

Failing to properly washing hands before touching/ caring for your tattoo.

Being dried on a unsterile towel.

Poor aftercare / cleaning of tattoo/infection, if you feel your tattoo is infected a topical antibiotic cream maybe required. In extreme situations your artist may suggest you visit your Doctor.
There are many reasons tattoos can become infected.

Even rarer still is Ink rejection/ blowouts from, Allergic reaction to the ink,  caused by things such as undeclared Blood thinners, and Diabetes, soiled or inappropriate materials / wigs rubbing on the tattoo.
Tattoos may be more prone to blow out on Tough skin, delicate scarred /older skin,
Persons with High blood pressure,

Or due to Alcohol consumption whilst healing, Exercise/ movement of tattooed area, Scratching, Scratching in sleep, Sweating, Sweating in sleep/
Sticking to clothes or blankets.
Wearing inappropriate clothing, wool tight fitting etc.
Tattoo making contact with pets.
Soggy scabs from too much Cream applied or Cracking due too, too little cream being applied.

Block blackwork and colour tattoos may require touch ups to be perfectly matt and require a deeper understanding of tattoo healing to get a perfectly healed artwork. If you have any questions about the healing process we will be happy to help guide you Via our wharsapp.

Please make sure to tell your artist of any medications you take / blood problems or stds.
